MLM Industry Statement from TopnetworkersGroup.com

I’m a veteran of the MLM industry. Joined in 99′ and my ‘first tour’ went into 2004; after 5 years with my first company i decided to start my Own business, building websites; using most of what I learned in my first company I was able to acquire customers and build a few solid streams of income. Then in 2009, I got a phone call from my old ‘upline’ and got the ‘bug’ to get back in the game; It’s crazy how much Changed in a few years. During my MLM hiatus (2004-2009) I began studying Internet Marketing; learning from cats like Stephen Pierce and Matt Bacak; I was using landing pages, and auto responders – and thought ‘man this would work so well with mlm’ —- A guy named Mike Dillard did what I was “thinking” about doing…. he merged the two and created an entire industry …. of idiots.

Today, most people in the MLM Industry are relying entirely on technology;

the MLM Industry has too many Robots and not enough Professional People
No human touch; the business model was never intended to function that way. That’s why the Positive press that was starting to emerge on MLM has gone entirely away; Everyone hates it now. … again …

I feel that’s because most people’s introduction to “Mike Dillard’s version of mlm” lacks the Fundamentals to understand he combined TWO Separate Business Models into One; and while people are learning a lot of great internet marketing concepts; They’re learning NOTHING about network marketing; to the detriment of the entire industry.

Attrition rates are higher than ever before. People are making even less money; The throne is open …. the right team of well trained individuals will take over this industry and help it rise to the position it should be at in our society; we actually ‘should’ want to empower one another, instead of corporations – but ‘getting there’ requires an industry of ‘representatives’ who fully understand what they are doing.

The longest distance between any two points, is a short cut; and right now MLM is filled with short cut mentality; I’m currently on the look for 3-5 Leaders who want to run with me; but as usual, not all who apply are qualified;

In 2010, I realized the industry had changed; I realized we were entering the 5th Wave, just as #RichardPoe predicted; I started getting ready. In 2012 me and a business partner launched the 1 mlm system  – but we were not on the same page; The page I was on, and still am on, is “Team over Company” — my partner however, decided to Focus on a Company; that went out of business – which was the entire point of NOT focusing on a company;

When Two “leaders” of a team are not on the same page; the rest of the Team won’t be either.

So I cannot have ‘founders’ that wanna do their own thing if our mission is to be successful. No more “Broke Man Plan” types who come into my system to “steal” my ideas and ‘try’ to use them for self. No more “Prosperous Rhinoceros”  types who wanna ‘try’ to use concepts I teach, to write BOOKS to sell ,that misquote me – No “Retired MLM Vets” who Call Me up to pitch me on My 1mlmsystem, as if HE came up with the very idea I Just shared with him. (all True Stories; Names changed to cut down on Drama)

Way too much nonsense out here; but it’s all good; Those folks helped me learn that ‘some things’ need to be protected until a proper leadership team is assembled. This new video goes into why the MLM industry needs what we have to offer. That will only be possible, when we have identified the right people to build with. The Rich Man’s Plan will help us find those individuals. Are you one of the people We need?

TNG Launches Rich Man’s Plan For MLM Industry

A few weeks ago, I announced that I’d be launching The Rich Man’s Plan. Yes, it’s a direct response to the thief who came into our system, and decided to ‘try’ and use our principles for his own benefit. It taught me that I’ve got to do better at safeguarding what I’ve created.  If you or anyone else comes across these ideas, you’ll know immediately they came from TopNetworkersGroup.  You see, within the MLM industry, the ideas I’ve presented have been unpopular. They have been slow to catch on, as the Old Guard fights to keep the status quo.

The problem with status quo in MLM is 90% of our industry is broke.

That statistic has to change, for our industry to ever garner the respect it deserves.  However, if we as leaders won’t lead properly, do we or our industry deserve respect?  IF we continue to do what is not working for 90% of the people in our downlines, should be be called respectable opportunities?  Let’s be honest, as we move forward.

TNG has never been for everyone. People get turned off by all this brutal honesty, and yet I feel that is what’s truly missing from MLM.  You and I need to be honest with one another to build wealth. The way most of us are approaching it, ain’t it!! So our solution has truly been THE answer for some time now.

What’s missing are, the right people, and for a few years now, the right tools.

We’ve had our own websites, which truly were enough to build on. But our Live Office continued to have challenges. Eventually it shut down and I’ve been looking for a new option, to accomplish the same goal.  That Live Office was a POWERFUL tool for us.  We debuted it while building Crazygood.  It allowed us to bring a random person to our office, show them the opportunity, and they could get started and plugged in to training right away.   If they were smart, they could also start inviting others in, and we could build 2-3 levels deep in a day, with a brand new person.

In our update about rebuilding the TNG leadership ranks, it was made clear that this will be an important focus going forward.  This should have been the focus from the start, but it was a ‘late addition’ to the system.  While setting everything up, we never discussed ranks. My co-founder for the system, wanted to focus on ‘a company’, that ended up going out of business. That was always why we were supposed to ‘not’ focus on one company. Mistakes like these, ‘should’ work as lessons, that teach people what not to do.

Sometimes the side effect, is that person is too prideful to admit they were wrong, and they quit MLM all together.

So I am here looking for people that want to LEAD this team, but are willing to follow – not do their ‘own thing’. Unfortunately, that won’t help either of us get the goals we have set for ourselves. We have to follow a structured organized plan. This is where The Rich man’s Plan comes in. It’s a much more organized presentation of the ‘ideas’ we’ve been forming, for these past few years.

From day one, I’ve screamed “the companies do not matter” – unfortunately without the right leadership, this message gets lost in translation.   The frontline HAS to understand what this means, or else our mission will not be accomplished.   As I stated earlier, far too many people who came through our system, got ‘hung up’ in the programs.   The last person to sign up for the 1mlmsystem, wanted me to add Wealthy Associate to the ‘line up’ … just another in a long line of people who think I work for them.  Participation Trophy Mentality at it’s … worst … where Reps want uplines to do what THEY tell them to do.   Everyone wants to be a boss, but doesn’t wanna do the work to be a boss. Star Wars Last Jedi Lesson For Me and My MLM Journey

After going to see Star Wars the Last Jedi, I filmed a video on a huge Lesson I learned, and how it applies to MLM.  Leading a movement to change how we approach MLM has not been easy over the years. Iv’e had several business partners come and go, and I honestly found myself feeling like Master Luke in this latest film.  You may have noticed that I’ve been on a ‘blogging hiatus’ for a few months, and it’s one of those things I think I’m allowed to after several years of great content for you on these platforms.

However I also left you with a jewel, before taking a holiday vacation from the Shark Daymond John, (giving advice) talking about the benefits of Failure.

Take a few moments to listen to some insights I gained from Star Wars, the Last Jedi

Just like Master Luke, I’ve grown tired of teaching the ‘game’ to network marketers who take these lesson and use them for personal gain.  Far too many turn to the dark side that is ruled by greed.  It’s all of what I’ve been against the entire time, and cannot lie, I’ve contemplated whether I want to be involved.  This is exactly where Luke Skywalker is when we see him in Star Wars, The Last Jedi. He is off on an island all to himself, disconnected entirely from the Force.

Meanwhile I’ve spent most of the past 12 months focused on my Invesments. From Cryptocurrency to real estate, I’ve decided to focus on what I can do for myself.  I got tired of teaching people how to market, how to recruit, and offering them training I wasn’t charging for, just for so many to turn on me in the end.

What I had to learn, came in an unexpected Cameo from Master Yoda.  We are, what they grow beyond… which in Yoda speak translates to, They Grow Beyond What We are.

The One MLM System is going to be re-built, but it’s still there. The structure is in place and the training is available to those who will follow the instructions.

In other words, The Jedi School will re-open soon, and a new generation of Leaders in this space will emerge. Read more from TNG below –

 

Participation Trophy Mentality In MLM Is Not Good

How Participation Trophy Mentality Has Stalled Topnteworkersgroup and MLM: When i started up TNG in 2010, it was mostly all ‘concept’ – I knew what I wanted to do, but had to work through how to do it; along the way, things came together and the 1 mlm system was born; Some people didn’t like the name….

It had MLM in it – and it’s unfortunate that the industry has such a bad reputation; but that’s precisely why I put MLM in the name; b/c I’ve always envisioned TNG as a team that does MLM “the right way” – however, I just have not attracted ‘the right people” into the fold…. Yet.

So with total honesty, most of 2017 has been a MLM Break for me; I’m still ‘in’ companies I was in before; TNG is still sailing the seas; The 1 MLM System is still operational; just needs a few tweaks, and a few more of the right people to board the ship.

The challenge though, is I live in the Participation Trophy Generation; so everyone assumes everyone is equally the same – and that makes things difficult in business.  The ‘leaders’ I set things up with, wanted to be leaders too. They didn’t want to follow me, they wanted to Co-lead.  All that does, is confuse people, which Austin Rivers recently talked about. You know we cover the correlation of Sports and Business here. Austin Rivers, currently the starting point guard for the Los Angeles Clippers spoke about his former Teammate Chris Paul and current teammate Blake Griffin’s relationship. He said that no one ‘really knew who the leader was’.  This led to dysfunction on a team that was supposed to do, much better than they did.

This mindset infects the team, and those who ‘could have’ been integral parts of the network you’re seeking to grow.

People come to you for help; but due to this Participation Trophy Mindset people have; eventually THEY feel they’re just as much an expert as You are – and ignore all the help you provide; only to say you did not help them — rather than admit they didn’t accept the help — same way people are no longer able to accept that their Performance wasn’t good enough for 1st place – but now they get to ‘decide’ that it was, even if it wasn’t.

That’s the world I’m in. I’m thankful that I heard about bitcoin …. who knows where I’d be right now if I was fully depending on MLM.

I love the business model, but the people in the industry – are plagued with society’s lack of evolved ideas; People bring their Employee mindset to the Group; their Individualistic mentality to the Group; and never adopt ‘Group mentality” — they’re literally useless…… and so as 1,000 more MLM’s sprang up this year; they’re all simply recycling the same people over and over; and it’s a shame none of them seem to see what’s happening.

Now Everyone thinks they can do what I did; and make their own teams; build their own sites; teach things the way they wanna teach it; b/c they don’t ‘know’ I’m teaching Old School stuff that’s been around for 40+ years :: they think I made it all up on my own; b/c … participation trophy mindsets are lazy.

They Assume first place, won first place, because of any reason other than first place worked harder than second place did. I can show people the door; but they gotta walk through it…. I can give people that Red Pill; but they gotta accept truth, and not wish they had taken the Blue one after a visit to the Desert of the real; after they come to grips with the reality that their reality isn’t reality.

I’ve had several people come to me, who Used to work with TNG – or more accurately; who Signed up for programs TNG promoted – and they say to me “Al, I just can’t get people to follow me….”

They never wanna hear the reason why; The reason is, in MLM what YOU do duplicates.

You can’t get people to follow you – because you don’t follow ….

There were books you were told to read; that you did not read. There were videos you were told to watch; that you chose not to watch; You decided you heard it all, knew it all, and that you didn’t need to hear anymore – and That Duplicates …..

When YOU talk to people about a program; they don’t look – they don’t listen – they assume – because that’s how you are. They won’t watch videos, b/c You won’t watch videos either; They won’t follow your lead; because You Aren’t Following Your own Sponsor. Your Sponsor hosts a Webinar, you find a reason to miss it; Then wonder why people you Invite to Webinars, find reasons to miss those too – people do what you DO not what you say.

Sometimes, people still won’t do what you do, even when you’re doing it.  Yet, you’ll never get anyone to do anything you’re not already doing.  I shouldn’t even have to cover this, but the participation trophy mentality, makes people expect success in MLM regardless.  People really think, all they have to do is sign up, and ‘get’ others to sign up.

MLM’ers with this participation trophy mindset hop from one company to the next because they think it’s the company.  They think it’s their sponsor’s fault, or the founders of the company.  These people come to believe if they sell a different product more people will buy from ‘them’.  They never change who THEY are though.

The participation trophy mentality, stops a person from working on themselves.

A person who thinks they deserve a trophy, even when they lose will never understand.  Coffee is for Closers only.

Bitconnect Is the Next ZeekRewards: Proceed With Caution

It’s very possible that Bitconnect will go down as the ZeekREwards of the cryptocurrency space. Right now, it’s a very hot program and people are making a lot of money. It’s even starting to gain ‘legitimacy’ as news spread of it’s recent inclusion on a major exchange. But, still too many questions remain about whether or not BitConnect will be able to pay everyone.   That was the problem with ZeekRewards, and is always the challenge of ‘actual’ pyramids. They cannot sustain themselves forever.

We’ve been here before – Bitconnect is the Next ZeekRewards

I know there are a lot of people making money with Bitconnect. One of my favorite ‘personalities’ in the Cryptocurrency space being one of them.  Unfortunately he seems to feel that people are unsure of the opportunity just because he is involved. I get that, but that isn’t the case here.  The problem is that people do make money in scams all the time. Just because a person is making money does not mean it’s legit.  That becomes a problem, when the scheme collapses, not during it’s run.

That’s my main concern with the opportunity, and others like it. It reminds me too much of ZeekRewards. When that opportunity got hot in MLM everyone I knew gave up on everything in MLM.  I lost several relationships over that one, because the people involved swore I was crazy, or ignorant not to be involved too.  Several of them told me, they’d never have to do anything else again, thanks to ZeekRewards. It was a narrow, unfortunate mindset that really reared it’s ugly head when ZeekRewards was shut down by the SEC.

People have an ‘addiction to new’, that we as business owners need to GROW out of.

Mindless Consumers in Business

We cannot afford to be like the rest of mindless society, the consumers who follow ‘trends’.  We instead, should be the ones focused on setting trends.  This means making sure we, as a team do not fall for the addiction to getting into the latest, or hottest.  Instead, we need to align ourselves with opportunities that have stood the tests of time. Below, I go into this conversation, in a series of Conversations on Multiple Streams of Income

I was eating while filming these ‘thoughts’ – so please ignore that, and pay attention to the message.

Cryptocurrency cannot be shut down by the SEC, so that’s unlikely to happen here. What is likely to happen is what’s known as an “Exit”.   Some day, the owners of Bitconnect can decide to shut down operations and exit.  Whoever made money made it, and whoever had money on the books, will lose that money.  This is going to hurt poeple’s confidence in this ‘space’, because they didn’t take time to understand the space they were in.

I saw this with Network Marketing.  Had people really understood network marketing or even the message of TopnetworkersGroup, they never would’ve put all their ‘eggs’ into the ONE zeekRewards basket.   With blockchain technology, the one thing we are seeing every single day is that no ‘one’ coin will rule them all.  Each will have different uses, and values.  That’s going to mean that those of you who’ve only put your money into “ONE” coin, are going to wish you had listened!

I won’t tell you what to do with your time and money, but I’ve seen this show before.  Proceed with caution should you decide to ‘continue’ with your involvement in Bitconnect. Just know, this very well could end up going the same way as ZeekRewards did.  So will other platforms like it.
