MLM Industry Statement from TopnetworkersGroup.com

I’m a veteran of the MLM industry. Joined in 99′ and my ‘first tour’ went into 2004; after 5 years with my first company i decided to start my Own business, building websites; using most of what I learned in my first company I was able to acquire customers and build a few solid streams of income. Then in 2009, I got a phone call from my old ‘upline’ and got the ‘bug’ to get back in the game; It’s crazy how much Changed in a few years. During my MLM hiatus (2004-2009) I began studying Internet Marketing; learning from cats like Stephen Pierce and Matt Bacak; I was using landing pages, and auto responders – and thought ‘man this would work so well with mlm’ —- A guy named Mike Dillard did what I was “thinking” about doing…. he merged the two and created an entire industry …. of idiots.

Today, most people in the MLM Industry are relying entirely on technology;

the MLM Industry has too many Robots and not enough Professional People
No human touch; the business model was never intended to function that way. That’s why the Positive press that was starting to emerge on MLM has gone entirely away; Everyone hates it now. … again …

I feel that’s because most people’s introduction to “Mike Dillard’s version of mlm” lacks the Fundamentals to understand he combined TWO Separate Business Models into One; and while people are learning a lot of great internet marketing concepts; They’re learning NOTHING about network marketing; to the detriment of the entire industry.

Attrition rates are higher than ever before. People are making even less money; The throne is open …. the right team of well trained individuals will take over this industry and help it rise to the position it should be at in our society; we actually ‘should’ want to empower one another, instead of corporations – but ‘getting there’ requires an industry of ‘representatives’ who fully understand what they are doing.

The longest distance between any two points, is a short cut; and right now MLM is filled with short cut mentality; I’m currently on the look for 3-5 Leaders who want to run with me; but as usual, not all who apply are qualified;

In 2010, I realized the industry had changed; I realized we were entering the 5th Wave, just as #RichardPoe predicted; I started getting ready. In 2012 me and a business partner launched the 1 mlm system  – but we were not on the same page; The page I was on, and still am on, is “Team over Company” — my partner however, decided to Focus on a Company; that went out of business – which was the entire point of NOT focusing on a company;

When Two “leaders” of a team are not on the same page; the rest of the Team won’t be either.

So I cannot have ‘founders’ that wanna do their own thing if our mission is to be successful. No more “Broke Man Plan” types who come into my system to “steal” my ideas and ‘try’ to use them for self. No more “Prosperous Rhinoceros”  types who wanna ‘try’ to use concepts I teach, to write BOOKS to sell ,that misquote me – No “Retired MLM Vets” who Call Me up to pitch me on My 1mlmsystem, as if HE came up with the very idea I Just shared with him. (all True Stories; Names changed to cut down on Drama)

Way too much nonsense out here; but it’s all good; Those folks helped me learn that ‘some things’ need to be protected until a proper leadership team is assembled. This new video goes into why the MLM industry needs what we have to offer. That will only be possible, when we have identified the right people to build with. The Rich Man’s Plan will help us find those individuals. Are you one of the people We need?

TNG Launches Rich Man’s Plan For MLM Industry

A few weeks ago, I announced that I’d be launching The Rich Man’s Plan. Yes, it’s a direct response to the thief who came into our system, and decided to ‘try’ and use our principles for his own benefit. It taught me that I’ve got to do better at safeguarding what I’ve created.  If you or anyone else comes across these ideas, you’ll know immediately they came from TopNetworkersGroup.  You see, within the MLM industry, the ideas I’ve presented have been unpopular. They have been slow to catch on, as the Old Guard fights to keep the status quo.

The problem with status quo in MLM is 90% of our industry is broke.

That statistic has to change, for our industry to ever garner the respect it deserves.  However, if we as leaders won’t lead properly, do we or our industry deserve respect?  IF we continue to do what is not working for 90% of the people in our downlines, should be be called respectable opportunities?  Let’s be honest, as we move forward.

TNG has never been for everyone. People get turned off by all this brutal honesty, and yet I feel that is what’s truly missing from MLM.  You and I need to be honest with one another to build wealth. The way most of us are approaching it, ain’t it!! So our solution has truly been THE answer for some time now.

What’s missing are, the right people, and for a few years now, the right tools.

We’ve had our own websites, which truly were enough to build on. But our Live Office continued to have challenges. Eventually it shut down and I’ve been looking for a new option, to accomplish the same goal.  That Live Office was a POWERFUL tool for us.  We debuted it while building Crazygood.  It allowed us to bring a random person to our office, show them the opportunity, and they could get started and plugged in to training right away.   If they were smart, they could also start inviting others in, and we could build 2-3 levels deep in a day, with a brand new person.

In our update about rebuilding the TNG leadership ranks, it was made clear that this will be an important focus going forward.  This should have been the focus from the start, but it was a ‘late addition’ to the system.  While setting everything up, we never discussed ranks. My co-founder for the system, wanted to focus on ‘a company’, that ended up going out of business. That was always why we were supposed to ‘not’ focus on one company. Mistakes like these, ‘should’ work as lessons, that teach people what not to do.

Sometimes the side effect, is that person is too prideful to admit they were wrong, and they quit MLM all together.

So I am here looking for people that want to LEAD this team, but are willing to follow – not do their ‘own thing’. Unfortunately, that won’t help either of us get the goals we have set for ourselves. We have to follow a structured organized plan. This is where The Rich man’s Plan comes in. It’s a much more organized presentation of the ‘ideas’ we’ve been forming, for these past few years.

From day one, I’ve screamed “the companies do not matter” – unfortunately without the right leadership, this message gets lost in translation.   The frontline HAS to understand what this means, or else our mission will not be accomplished.   As I stated earlier, far too many people who came through our system, got ‘hung up’ in the programs.   The last person to sign up for the 1mlmsystem, wanted me to add Wealthy Associate to the ‘line up’ … just another in a long line of people who think I work for them.  Participation Trophy Mentality at it’s … worst … where Reps want uplines to do what THEY tell them to do.   Everyone wants to be a boss, but doesn’t wanna do the work to be a boss. Rebuilding TNG Through Leadership Ranks

We are rebuilding TNG through our Leadership Ranks, and I’m looking forward to this challenge.  The only way to truly build a network marketing organization, is to establish ‘leadership ranks’ for people to achieve. This natural selection process helps mold a team in the direction they should go.  Our ranks were established in 2014, about 2 years after we ‘launched’ our MLM System.

Maybe those ranks should have been in place before, but we were literally testing things out along the way.

Ranks became necessary, as MLM’er after MLM’er would join, and tell us what to do. They felt that we should market companies ‘they’ liked, without ever committing to our team’s ideas.  What kind of team would that be going forward?  It would be, the kind of teams you and I see throughout the network marketing industry now.  Disjointed, and disconnected teams that aren’t making money together. It’s sad, truly to see where MLM is going.

The mission of TNG however, is alive and well and the need for what we are seeking to do, has never been stronger.

This industry needs everything we bring to the table, about loyalty to ‘teams’ not companies. When we are speaking about being flexible, and being in Control of our incomes, we mean it.  It can only be accomplished through respecting our networks, in how we align ourselves with each other.

I also need to make the commitment to really develop My leaders. No way should any of the ‘leaders’ of my team ‘struggle’ with imparting the vision of TNG. Each one should be able to articulate what we are seeking to do and why it matters.   Going forward, it will be much clearer, what qualifications must be met, to be part of our Leadership Council. This will be the group of people who decide what companies we market.  Many of them will be featured in Training, and will lead Calls.

You’ll need to be a “Managing Director” with our team, which will put you in a position of great respect. You would have done what you’ll be asking others to do. Through the production of more Managing Directors, the solidification of your income will become a reality. Working together, we can put multitudes of network marketers in a much stronger financial position. The money is in the network, not the companies we promote.

The structure is the secret … and it’s been staring us right in our face, all along.

Leadership Ranks Announced for TopNetworkersGroup

The Secret is Out.

You can now become a Regional Vice President, or even a Senior Vice President with TopNetworkersGroup.  We’ve created two higher positions as well for the ones that really want to be part of our Movement – who believe in what we believe.

We believe that the 5th Wave of Network Marketing is HERE – and that means the MLM industry has now become accepted by Most Businesses as the perfect model to move products to consumers. This means that more and more MLM companies are being started and more and more “networks” are being pulled apart.

It’s Human Nature to want to be first – Emotional decisions get the best of us all. Most of us make them in just about all areas of our lives. However, in my first MLM Company, I was taught that Customers make emotional decisions.

I Sold telecommunications and electricity services – things most people were already paying for. If I could show people a way to save money on these services, I’d ask them to do ME a Huge Favor, and give my services a Try. This works to this day – with just about everything else I do.

The key is not to sell those customers on the facts. So what if my services were cheaper – the selling point was that they would be doing me a Huge Favor – if they valued me or my relationship to them, then asking them to get their services through me is not that big of a deal. Relationships would end when people made it about the facts, and took it ‘too personal’ when potential customers would say no.

Sure we’d use the language, and lean on the relationship — but it’s a bluff; Like playing Poker. We’re playing on the ’emotions’ … rather than trying to convince them on facts.

Why? —- If you get a customer on facts; you lose them on facts too.

If you knew the Facts about YOUR MLM Company – You’d start to see things our way.

I had a sponsor that quit on me. I had Uplines that didn’t believe in me and gave no support. I’ve had business partners who stole people out of my downline, and I’ve even had companies go Out of Business on me.

I’ve had several bad experiences in MLM – and I’ve used them all to create a guideline and a roadmap for others to follow; to organize a team that approaches MLM “the right way” – a team that will GROW and LAST for decades to come; and will withstand the winds of change that are ever present – especially within MLM.

You see, when you build your mlm organization around ‘a company’ – what happens when people in your downline see a new company?

The mentality of networkers must change – and that’s our goal with members of our team; to Change their mentality first. We must think more about who we are in business with, than what company we are in. Does your upline understand the importance of doing 3 ways? Do they understand Edification?  Do they Understand how to Give Presentations? Do they Place importance on Training? Are They Concerned with Your Personal Growth and Development? Are they growing themselves?

These are VERY important questions to ask – and yet in spite of having a Team approach, the VISION of TNG was not nearly as clear as it needed to be. How can we know that we’re working with someone who’s TRULY the best – really knows their stuff – Can actually help Lead and Grow a team?

How can we know we’re working with others that will help us make money in several places – not just one.How can we grow a team, and keep that team Together?

We feel that the introduction of our leadership ranks, now gives us the ability to know these things. You can now become a Regional Vice President, with topNetworkersgroup.

Based on our Calculations, an RVP will sit on top of an Organization of approximately 20,000 Team Members – which will include a minimum of 3 Regional Directors, 9 Managing Directors, 27 Executive Directors, and 81 Team Directors – You will have an actual Organization filled with Leaders – and producers who are all thinking like we think.

One correction to the video above. The “Team Member” rank is not an actual “leadership rank” – We now have 2 starting positions with TNG – The first is a Customer; and the second is Team Member.  As a “team member” we’ll officially consider you as part of our team. Otherwise, you’re simply a customer, with the option of officially joining us at any time.

In December 2012, we launched the 1mlmsystem – which allows you to JOIN TNG, and start working with us; getting our training, working with our group, making money in several affiliate programs and mlm companies – Together – Review the Chart – of our NEW leadership ranks.
