DSDomination Makes History by Terminating UOP Leaders

Whoa! Did Last week really just happen?

YES, yes it did.

How many times do I need to say this before the Industry hears me?

Any business can go ….. oh my bad; DSDomination is not going out of business;

However for UOP leaders; they are no longer receiving affiliate commissions after being terminated from the company.

Hitesh sent out an email explaining that this is the first time in history they’ve ever terminated anyone; he went into detail on why Terminating UOP Leaders wasn’t something that came out of the blue; but was the result of several months of investigation.

I’m going to share this letter because, as always in business, there are so many lessons.

We need to make sure that WE are learning these lessons –

The Biggest lesson you are going to learn from reading this, is that anyone who’s approaching MLM the way that UOP approached mlm; is setting themselves up to be done the same way. I do not know if the claims made by Hitesh are true. What I do know is far too many leaders in mlm are Misleading people with outdated advice.  Because …. Any Business Can Terminate Any Distributor for any reason.

This is why we’ve stressed the importance of putting Team over Company.

After spending years talking AGAINST my philosophy; UOP leaders had the nerve to use my tagline on their conference call, which gave ‘their side’ – To hear it, and read my thougthts on the call; Check out my GDI Blog – UOP Leaders Terminated from DSD

Now for the letter from Hitesh, (the Terminator) part of the DSD Leadership Team

(the email starts out with Updates on OptionsDominations – we decided to withhold that information for those of you who are not Members of DSD – please get started WITH our One MLM System; you’ll find DSD inside)
–Now for another type of a record–For the first time DSD’s history, we terminated an affiliate. As you know from our history we are EXTREMELY hesitant to ever terminate anyone. In this particular
case, we spent nearly 6 months gathering data and making sure this individual, was indeed doing all the activities we received complaints about.Other than multiple complaints of misleading use of DSD/OD materials
against him, we received tens of verifiable complaints of cross-recruiting
and ‘hijacking’ other user’s downlines.
We specifically brought up some of these points with him in discussion, in
response to which he simply left the Skype discussion with the claim that
he will continue to do and say whatever he wants. We as a company, and as individuals, have always encouraged FREEDOM for our
members. We are not restrictive by any means towards our affiliates. However,
in this case the unethical behaviour by this affiliate significantly harmed other
affiliates and our customers by selling a number of unapproved, bad products
while using DSD and OD in the marketing.

Further, numerous complaints were received of him taking other DSD members’
training and content and simply selling it as his own.

Finally, countless proven cases of cross recruiting, and hijacking downlines of
other affiliates without their knowledge or consent.

Now, after termination, this individual plans on taking the same ‘hijacked’
teams and is tempting them all to join another ‘MLM’. You know, the same MLMs
that him, and possibly you Al, had failed in before coming to product-centric
company like DSD or OD. The same type of companies where he himself struggled
for years before actually making it big with DSD (as it turns out, from the
efforts of others).

We are all about Freedom. But Freedom cannot exist without Justice.

And here’s some justice: Every count of unsolicited contact (spam) that you receive,
please let us know in the help desk. That is illegal, a nd an affront to our users.
Our legal team will be following up on this and the full force of US CAN-SPAM law
will be brought against any such attempts.

We could spend more time laying out multiple other issues, but I think it’s FAR
better to focus on the exact effect this has had on the company:

====The Results====

So what was the effect of terminating this individual from the company? Other
companies suffer when they terminate a major affiliate. In case of DSD, the general
response from the entire user base and other affiliates has been a collective
sigh of relief.

In fact, DSD posted higher growth in the past month as we distanced ourselves from
this affiliate, than in the 6 months prior! And that’s NOT counting Options Domination
that represents a nearly 80% growth in its own right!

So in case you were wondering why we took the action that we did, here’s why. We will
NEVER hesitate to protect our users against unscrupulous profiteers who see our
user base as someone to exploit for a quick buck.

Gonna be honest – I was Not Expecting that.

If the accusations being made by Hitesh are true, than anyone following these UOP leaders (into TotalLifeChanges) should do so with Caution! This is not the first time this leader was terminated from an MLM Company. This is also not the first time that he’s been accused of stealing leads.

I worked with a guy like that.

To this day he denies stealing people from me – but that is exactly what he did.

Coincidentally after I quit working with that guy; he and this now former UOP leader also worked together; and I just have to say that this is a real shame. This does not have to happen but it does, and will continue, over and over, until YOU folks in MLM Listen.

You can no longer approach MLM with outdated ideas like, “Putting all your Eggs in One MLM Basket” — or as we call it; Going Full retard. Never Go Full Retard.

Yet this is the advice these UOP leaders gave; WHILE dipping into things on the side. Essentially the problem here is, they are giving one set of rules to the people; while following a different set of rules for themselves.

This is not okay.

I am in agreement with Hitesh in this email on Terminating UOP leaders – how can you tell people to focus on One opportunity and Don’t look at anything else for months; and then the moment you are terminated – ask those people to look at something else?

All of the people following UOP into TotalLifeChanges are doing it for the wrong reasons. Now they are right back in the boat they spoke against for several months. Many do not realize it, but they are losing Credibility.

Many people in MLM lost credibility with me a long time ago.

With the things happening So far to kick off 2015; The Closure of WakeUpNow – and now what’s happening inside of DSDomination; it just goes to show again, that we have been right all along. We have been telling leaders to set their selves up better – to protect themselves against what CAN and DOES happen.

But the problem is – EGO – they feel that since they didn’t start TNG; they cannot work with TNG; they want all the credit. They want all the glory. They want all the praise – and the sad part is; Black Leaders in MLM have this problem worse than anyone else. Rather than work together, several black leaders are preferring to follow white business owners; and look for white business partners.

If we lived in a society that didn’t have a history of racism; if we lived in a nation that actually addressed the racial problems still lingering – then this would be a great move.

We do not live in that kind of society.

We live in a society that has always casted blacks aside. While I am not against business partnership with non-black people; after 15 years of reaching out to non-blacks for partnership – only to be turned down; in favor of someone who looked more like them; I realize that if WE do not work together; NO ONE will work with us.

I’ve talked on my social media pages about my relationship with the two leaders who were terminated. Both talked down to me at different points in time. Both seemed to value what whites had to say; over a fellow black business man in their same field. Both are now ‘moving on’ to a new company; and are facing a real battle – as several of their DSD team members are saying “I Didn’t get terminated; I’m not leaving DSD” –

Meanwhile some of the things Hitesh has said – may cause real damage to this man’s paycheck; That to me, is the real sad part. You spend your time and energy building something; only for it to be taken away in an instant. That has to suck.

BUT there are so many lessons here …

First, All of you should be approaching MLM the way WE are telling you to approach it. Set your financial foundation up first. We give you several FREE Programs that generate income; and ask you go to out and find 5 Customers; who we hope will Upgrade to Team Members by jumping into our $10 Level.

The Free Level and $10 Levels give you two things – Financial stability; And they allow you to ensure that your entire network is earning money; and that you are all Connected. Above all we stress the importance of Loyalty to Team over Company. We never tell you to focus on A company; One company is one stream of income and that is unstable.

What we are talking about and have been talking about is an approach that gives US power; so that when WE go into a company; they won’t dare terminate us – because they know upfront they will lose the ENTIRE Team if they do.

However, we have no plans of going into any company and operating without Morals.

We are absolutely AGAINST crossline recruiting; We think that’s weak.  Learn how to sponsor and build your own team.  If you don’t know how to do it, then stop trying to teach the class. When we tell people to Respect the Network; we mean it. You must respect the ‘relationships’ that were in place before you. You must recognize that you do not have a Downline, without a Frontline.

All of these things and more – are what we TEACH inside our One MLM system. These are the moral compass of TopNetworkersGroup. Because you MUST operate with ethics in this game. You must have principles – things you will NOT do to succeed.

Those who lack those principles, I see this kinda thing happen to them time and time again. Whether it’s Terminating UOP Leaders or companies going out of business – we need to be more intelligent in how we approach MLM. Especially those of us who are black business owners in this industry.

More on black business people working Together through TNG’s The Black Folder

MLM is just a business model

MLM is just a business model.

However the ‘way’ you and I Apply that model – that makes all the difference.

I’ve been building and sorting; and some people fall out – because they’re selfish – I’m talking about loyalty to the team; and most of these people only have loyalty to themselves. They simply have not reached that level of understanding yet, that team really does matter. They don’t seem to understand yet that we have to have loyalty to one another; before our ‘businesses’ can explode. So they fall out.

Because they place their loyalty in ‘a company’ – or ‘a program’ – they burn bridges with people who aren’t doing what they are doing; and so they fall out of the loop.

The One MLM System is the perfect sorting system.

Only the people who are really and truly about team; will take time out of ‘their schedule’ – to see what they must do to align themselves with Me; and My Group;

Real leaders can follow leaders.

I’ve worked with a lot of people who saw what I was doing; and then decided ‘they’ could go and do it too. Their version can’t touch mine; But I try not to hurt their feelings by telling them directly. That Ego is major – people feel like since ‘they’ didn’t come up with it – they can’t follow it; and it’s too bad really – because they’re only hurting themselves.

They’re also telling me, they are not ready for this.

Only people who can follow are ready.

Only people who can read, are ready.

Only people who can trust, are ready.

I understand; we live in this world full of crooks and shady people; and how do you know that spending 2 hours watching videos; following directions; doing what someone else is telling you; how do you know it will WORK?

The answer is the same every single time — but it’s not what most of you think.

Ready for the answer?

“You have to KNOW what to look for….”

Which raises another question.

“What Do I Look For?” or … “How Will I Know What To Look For?”

— the answer is; Experience. You have to Experience.

When you Experience; You ‘should’ be Learning FROM the Experience.

What should you be learning?

… What to look for.

Anyone with enough experience; can listen to what I’m talking about and understand immediately; because they have Experience. Sadly; those without experience are often confused – because I’m speaking an entirely different language. Experience taught it to me.

Experience taught me that when it’s about the company; the team always breaks apart. Experience taught me, that any business CAN go out of business; Experience taught me that really, MLM is a starting block; it’s a place to learn business; that there is SO MUCH money outside of MLM; but to even be able to grasp HOW to get that money; a person really does NEED the lessons that MLM will teach;

because… MLM is just a business model.

HOW people apply it; makes all the difference.

— I am watching a video on Understanding People and Business, with Simon Sinek — this talk really and truly inspired what I just had to say.  Is your business model about yourself, or it is about others?  Is your approach to building your business about team, or is it about the company, product, or service?

More about Team over Company – the goal of TNG has always been about others. We are looking for those rare people who understand – from experience – that all other approaches to the MLM business model; will not work as we move forward; into the future.

The 5th Wave of Network Marketing by TopNetworkersGroup

1mlmsystem.com Vs. MLM Lead System Pro

I’ve never really done this before so, sit back and get ready to enjoy as I compare My system; The 1mlmsystem – to MLM Lead system Pro.

I actually just got done writing up a ‘post’ on my social media outlets – here’s part of it via Twitter – but I wanted to give you the full text as well; along with a few more thoughts to go with it. I don’t want this to come off as bragging, but I honestly feel the 1mmlmsystem is better than what MLM Lead System Pro is offering.

That statement is in no way meant to come off as if MLMLSP is not worth your time; or meant to be any kind of slight to what they have over there. In fact, I give them props for beating me to the punch; doing what I should’ve done but didn’t have the desire to do.

Also, what we are doing with the 1mlmsystem is entirely different from what they do at MLM Lead System Pro.  Our MLM System is more aligned with our vision and goal to help more people make more money in MLM. There are some similarities, but like is the case so often in business; These are two very different animals.

The post on Twitter:

The Full Post:

Just FYI — I am not a Student of MLMLSP —- I’ve never used their system; Never used their funnel; and I have nothing against it. True story, when I ‘came back’ to MLM – a guy named Robert (my former upline from my first company) asked me to enroll and try it out; Out of respect for him I did.

However I never paid the $1, never upgraded; Unsubscribed eventually as well; here is why. When I worked with Rob back in my first company; He and his upline were Against My using the Internet; So i was already doing the stuff they were learning to do. I started doing it back in the day; They were against it when I was (in their downline) telling them about it; and how powerful of a tool the internet was.

I was tuned out.

When I stepped away from that first company; I started working on websites for my original Sponsor; who quit that first company 3 months after introducing me to it.

He was the one that showed me internet marketing; We started creating lead capture pages for his Real Estate company; I started using them for my needs. We were well-versed in Internet Marketing; by the time Rob discovered MLMLSP.

Truth Be Told – MLMLSP is everything ‘we’ talked about doing while on MLM Haitus; but never did. We (me and my original sponsor) were talking all the time about merging internet marketing with network marketing; We just never did it.

Saying this not to impress you 🙂

Just to Impress Upon you; that I am not a novice.

I’m an expert in my field.

You’re not going to be able to do what I do in a week, or two weeks; It’s taken me 15 years – and it’s going to take anyone else a number of years – so the sooner you get started; the better.

Just make sure you take the advice my mentors gave me.

Begin, with the End in mind.

SEE The end; Know it’s a long way off.

Start walking.

“A Journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step” – Lao Tzu

This is why I am not bragging. I’ve been on a journey and I know that things I’m doing now are the result of starting the journey when I did. You cannot afford to wait any longer. If you are not getting the results you want; or do not feel like you are making progress – please keep this in mind. Slow progress is still progress.

While the MLM Lead System Pro has been great for ‘beginners’ – for people who are just now starting to go on the journey of using the internet to find people for business partnership, I cannot help but feel our system is better.  You are looking for a good MLM System to use to build an organization; as well as a good team to be aligned with or else you wouldn’t be reading this now.

The reason I wrote it is to deal with the perceptions that are out there – based on responses I have gotten to our system. If you’ve already been exposed to MLM Lead System Pro or are currently using their system, a lot of what you have learned is going to harm you in network marketing. I’ve always felt like too much emphasis has been placed on things that just are not ‘easy to duplicate’ – and Duplication is a wealth principle.

How can any of us get wealthy if we’re not doing duplication?

… also if everyone is learning the wrong methods in network marketing, isn’t that going to have a negative impact on network marketing?

Well truth be told, that’s what has been duplicated. Lots of bad habits.

Please allow me to drive the nail home.

The Very Premise of MLM Lead System Pro is entirely wrong; it’s Self-Centered. It’s too much about you; when MLM is about others.

90% of people who use MLM Lead system pro use it to help themselves; not really to help other people. They are looking at the money THEY will make from selling people a system; they are looking at the money they’ll make from upgrades. They are looking at using the system JUST to bring them into “their company” – but even this premise is faulty.

Any Business can go OUT of business.

You and I do not OWN the MLM company.

So why is our focus on bringing people into MLM Companies?

.. and that my friends is where OUR One MLM System comes in.

We are correcting the ideas that Network Marketers have picked up; by way of following people who didn’t know better; into systems that were teaching concepts that are actually harming network marketers; rather than helping network marketers. Let me be clear. A Lot of what MLM Lead System Pro teaches is good; But there are also a lot of bad ideas that have been spread, primarily through this platform, and by the ‘leaders’ who have come out of their system. We are inviting you to join with us in making network marketing better.

To do that, we have to make you better.

We want to share better ideas with you that are closer to the foundation of MLM and what our industry is about. Our industry is about change, growth, improvement, empowerment and so much more. But our industry has become consumed with greed – selfishness – and ego.  Let us teach you the Right way!

Some Things Should Require Hard Work

I came across a great article on Why Some Things Should be Hard. It literally was confirmation for me. Hard work makes us better. It makes us do and become more to achieve the task that is required. Hard Work takes you from the level you’re at now, to the level you dream to be on.

If our goal at TopNetworkersGroup is to create professional network marketers – then it’s important that we stress the hard work required to become one.

So let’s talk about Why Hard Work Makes you Better –

Ever since rolling out the One MLM System I have been wondering if it’s just too much. Is it too much to have people sign up for multiple programs? Is it too much to have people watch So many Videos; during the sign up process; and even after they are inside?

I can even think back to a disloyal person who signed up for the One MLM System over a year ago, but decided to ‘focus’ on Visalus. We talked and one of the things he mentioned to me was, there was just too much to do.

Personally, I Don’t think it’s a lot to do however, I Don’t think the same way as others. There are a lot of lazy people in our society today. People want things easy.

Most do not want to put in Hard work. In fact, in several of my training videos I have defined Hard Work for people; because I don’t believe most people really know what it is. To me – it’s all about doing what is hard, instead of what is easy.

The article I came across seemed to tap right into my mind and pull out the thoughts I have been searching for. It’s like a video game.

Did you play video games growing up like I did?

Perhaps you STILL Play video games … if you do, then you should be able to relate to this question. Do you really enjoy games that are too easy?

Or don’t you prefer the games that offer up an actual challenge?

I played a lot of Doom growing up; for those who don’t know about it, it started out as a PC Game. It was always a lot of hard work making it from level to level. The game is near impossible to beat, without cheating. The came did have cheat codes though. When I ran into them I was so excited because I could finally get past a few levels that were just ‘too hard’ for me to defeat.

But, then the game became Too easy.

Since I had been to the end of the game; I decided to test myself to see if I could make it without the cheat codes. From time to time I’d be tempted to throw a cheat code on for a few; recover and then I’d take it back off again. The challenge made the game more fun.

Registering for the 1mlmsystem is no where near hard work.

But, people have a habit of making things so much harder than they really need to be. So, part of what just happened tonight is a feeling of relief. I felt like I was doing the right thing – My goal has always been to create professional network marketers. To do this, requires people get educated. It requires people follow simple steps that anyone else can do.

It also requires a sense of teamwork

Professional network marketers are not like amateurs – Amateurs have no loyalty. There has never been a Millionaire or Billionaire in the history of mankind, who lacked loyalty. So if a person cannot sign up for my system, and then reach out and send me an email to ask for help, is that a professional?

If a person cannot complete the sign up process, and won’t sign up for FREE affiliate programs that will not cost them a dime – Do they have any loyalty?

The system is perfect.

the one mlm system to rule them all

It tests your loyalty to the person that referred you. It asks you to contact your sponsor. So far does any of that sound like Hard work?  The system asks you to sign up for free programs – Considering how much Stuff you’ve signed up for in the past 3 years; Does it sound like Hard Work to sign up for Free programs?

Next, the system asks you to Watch Training Videos. These videos talk about important topics in network marketing. Such as, making a list, and more importantly how to approach the people on that list. The videos tell you how to get a person in front of a presentation. The videos talk about what to do after a person sees a presentation.

All you have to do is watch, and apply what the videos teach.

Does that sound like Hard Work?

Here’s the key though…  we want to you do those things, WHILE involving your sponsor. Talk to them about the ‘work’ you are doing. Is that hard?

Well apparently it was for many people. But when I look at what they are doing in MLM Today – I see many are NOT in MLM today; or doing the same things they were before they signed up. They are struggling.

Aren’t you tired of struggling in MLM?

Amateurs Struggle. Professionals Know what they are doing. That’s the purpose of our system. To teach you what to do. To give you programs to do it with. Then we want you to make money and reinvest. We want you to use our Ten Dollar level; to make more money and then reinvest. We want you to use our Fifty Dollar Level; to make even more money; and reinvest. More importantly, by doing what we’re suggesting, you will avoid the unfortunate fate of so many people who just lost their entire income – with the closing of wakeUpnow – and so many other MLM companies.

Because any business will go out of business.

What we are suggesting is not Hard work; but it’s going to require you to pay attention. It’s going to require you to invest some time on the learning side. It’s going to require you communicating with your sponsor; your upline; Using our live office; working ‘as a team’ – and if you do these things; you will become a Master.

You will be a Professional.

That’s why the system is set up the way it is.

It had to be set up this way.

To make you, what we need you to be.

A Professional.

4th Wave vs 5th Wave Mentality

It’s a mentality really.  4th Wave vs. 5th Wave Mentality is the big difference between those of you who are Ready to work with TopNetworkersGroup – and those of you who are not.

What is 5th Wave Mentality?

To answer this question, we have to dive into Wave 4, Network Marketing In The 21st Century by Richard Poe. I had the good fortune of reading this book back in 2001, when I was still pretty new to MLM. I found the book was exciting actually – it told me about the history of MLM; but it also talked about the Future.

In an entire chapter dedicated to where Network Marketing was headed in the 21st Century, Richard Poe discussed the 5th Wave. He talked about how the internet would transform literally everything about industry and that is exactly what we are witnessing. Right now we are in a transition period – from the 4th wave, our biggest and best era of MLM so far – to the coming 5th wave.

The Next Era of MLM will be our biggest ever – Everything about how we approach MLM is about to change. TopNetworkersGroup has been preparing you since 2010 and frankly it would be foolish if you to work with any other team; who is just now starting to get ready for what’s around the corner now.

We are the First 5th Wave Network Marketing Organization and our One MLM System helps make it possible for us to do what we have been doing. However, the future for us is very bright. Behind the scenes we are working with programmers (for the first time ever) to increase the privileges for our Leadership Ranked Members  and also to restrict access; to training information, programs, and other levels that New Team Members, Customers, and leads are just not ready to see.

In other words, our system which is set up to perfectly Sort people – has gotten better.

The future is bright. Up to this point that is what we have been sorting for more than anything else – People with 5th Wave Mentality – people who will place the Team over the Company. This means that they will continue to work with us, to promote our message, our system, and build THIS organization – because they realize that programs WILL come and Go; and that having a Large Network enables a person to take full advantage of what’s out there.

The way we approach MLM – we want to do something about only 10% of the industry making money; We want it to be 15% – and then 20% – and then 25% – we want to gradually change the perception of this industry; While making it possible ‘for the first time ever’ – to have Stable incomes.

Do You have 5th Wave Mentality?

Easiest way to know if you have this mentality is this. Do you work with a team or not? 5th Wave is very much about Teams over Individuals. You’re not a brand, you’re a distributor of products or services, for a network marketing company. You can ‘one up’ that by saying you’re Part of a team, a group; and now it becomes more about what your team/group is doing, than your ‘network marketing’ company….

Are you Moving With The Cheese? (buy Who moved My Cheese)

4th wave mentality folks are still pushing that ‘loyalty to One company’ message. They’re saying you can’t ride two horses with one saddle. The 5th Wave mentality says, Get a Stagecoach.

5th Wave Mentality (Stagecoach)

Are you prepared for the Future?

If you’re stuck following that ‘one company’ mindset, getting talked out of juggling multiple opportunities, in a System like ours, then you’re not prepared for the future. Your company/business can go out of business – at any time; Just as many of the companies we had In our “stagecoach have.

Are you Working With The Right People?

Most likely not. As I look around the industry today (*updating this with new content as of 2/21/19 – including this sentence) – I see more and more people Leaving Network Marketing. People are spending a whole lot of money on things they do not need. They’re following ‘training’ that does not work. Training, being the most important aspect of Network Marketing …

If you’re not working with the right people, it will be detrimental to every aspect of your business building efforts. Are your leaders recommending books to you to read, educational, motivational and inspirational videos to feed your mind, so you can take on this mission?  Most people are working with leaders who want them to ‘buy leads’ and ‘take shortcuts’ instead.

We will take you through the ‘wilderness’ the right way. If you’ll trust us, together we can do phenomenal things in the 5th Wave of Network Marketing.

Get Started – Sign up for our One MLM System; and let’s find out if you have what it takes to be one of the few who will lead the Change – taking the MLM Industry into the Next Era;; the 5th Wave!
