Teams Win Championships (Does Lebron Have enough Team to Overcome The Hawks?)

Does Lebron and the Cavs have enough ‘TEAM’ to defeat the Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference Finals? There’s an famous quote said by one of the greatest winner in sports history. “Teams win Championships” ….

In fact, the full quote goes something like this.  Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.” – Michael Jordan

teams-win-championships

I say inside our 1mlmsystem; and also on our free mlm training page – that the best trained teams make the most money in our profession. Because those well trained teams, will have Intelligence; and along with that intelligence – comes the knowledge of how important teamwork is; to Win.

Teamwork Wins Championships – but does Lebron have the right players around him, heading into this series to overcome a real team?

That’s the main question heading into this match up, which pits a Cleveland Team that is very injured, with Kyrie Irving doubtful to be at full strength and Kevin Love out for the season. Once again it all falls on the shoulders of the former MVP, to get his team to the Finals.

Can Lebron James do it?

Does he have enough team to overcome a Real team?

cavs-hawks

The Atlanta Hawks put 4 All-Stars into this year’s All Star game, because they truly are a team. Over the past 5-7 years they have slowly put together pieces and have assembled a very well balanced, and very talented team. Alongside their allstars, Jeff Teague, Paul Milsap, Al Horford and Kyle Korver are other players who ‘some’ would call ‘role players’ – like DeMarre Carole, Kent Bazemore, Dennis Schroder and several others all chip in; and are responsible for the Hawks being the #1 seed in the East.

…. Read Stars and role Players, Sports and Network Marketing

That’s got a lot to do with the success of the Atlanta Hawks. One can argue that the Cavs made some smart moves throughout the season to acquire much better ‘role players’. The truth is, Iman Shumpert and J.R. Smith are going to have to be the Guys that Lebron relies on. They are going to have to play big.

Meanwhile, the Superstar is going to have to be a Super Star.

It’s moments like these when teams can Truly benefit from having ‘at least’ one.

The Superstar(s) cannot win that championship or even advance To that championship round without help from others.

Whether you are the role player or the super star, there is a symbiotic relationship that never dies. Teams win Championships; not Individuals. The same was true for the Lakers when Kobe Bryant won 5 rings; 3 alongside Shaq; 2 alongside Pau Gasol. Always with a cadre of supporting role players; who gave it all that they had.

Are you giving it all that you have with the Team you are part of?

Are you showing up to the Game?

Are you Performing IN the Game — by Promoting and Marketing the websites you’re supposed to promote and market in the places you are supposed to be promoting and marketing them?  Are you building relationships with new people and sorting to see who has the right mentality to team up with you and your partners?  Are you approaching people who Do qualify for partnership ‘the right way’ … using words that work, that are taught by successful uplines and/or sponsors in your Team (Business Organization)?

Read: Teams Wear The Same Uniforms For A Reason

All of these things matter.

Are you going to truly give it your all for the team that you’re with, to either HELP the super star on that team; OR BE the super star on that team – GET to the next Level??

Let’s say you’re the super star and you ARE absolutely giving it your all….

Keep doing it.

Others WILL Be attracted to you – because you are Active; you are In motion; you are going where they want to go; YOU can lead them because you’ve been; You can show them what to do; because you are Doing it.

They say, Great players help make other players around them better.

Many people say Kobe was not a great player – but He helped Derick Fisher win 5 Championships. Ron Artest won 2 Championships alongside Kobe. Pau’s only rings came while he wore purple and gold. It’s that symbiotic relationship again …

You can be that superstar and by doing so; YOU are going to benefit your team; but you still need help. You still need Fisher, Artest, and Gasol to lay their all out on the line; game in and game out – to get that Goal achieved.

The same can be said about the Golden State Warriors, who as of this night, are awaiting the winner of the Los Angeles Clippers vs. Houston Rockets series.

The Warriors have this year’s MVP Steph Curry.

However, in spite of how dynamically awesome of a basketball player (and shooter/ball handler) as Curry is, they also trot out an excellent supporting cast. Andre Igquada, Dremond Green, Andrew Bogut, Harrison Barnes, and a guy who on most nights shoots the ball as well as Curry; Klay Thompson. I didn’t even mention the rejuvinated Sean Livingston or the always impressive David Lee; who are always chipping in, in a positive way.

Meanwhile … they’ve got Steph Curry –

DO you Add Value to your team? … or nah?

Would your Team even MISS you if you left??

You see folks, in sports and business – these laws are universal; they are applicable to both professions. Because Teamwork … always makes the Dream Work; Without it – the dream simply never comes together; no matter how hard one tries. Teams win Championships – not individuals. Store that advice some where – it will serve you well.

Lebron James Goes Back To Cleveland : Sports and Business

The news is everywhere today and there is nonstop discussion on all social media; over The Decision part II – Lebron James Goes Back to Cleveland, truly shocking the world!

It was a Class Act from Miami Heat Owner Mickey Arison – tweeting out the following:

Shock but, appreciation and understanding for the decision that was made. As Lebron James goes back to Cleveland he is doing so in spite of the disrespectful letters and statements made by Cavaliers owner, Dan Gilbert. Also, let us not forget about all those fans burning Lebron James Jersey’s. However today, all of those fans are rejoicing.

The King has come back home!

Should he have chosen to go back to a team, owned by a guy who literally bashed him for all the world to hear? Should he return to a city who’s fans talked about him as if they owned his very life? I don’t mean to defend Lebron but, how many of us grew up in a city, and went ‘away’ for 4 years to college and got to experience what it is like to be away from home; only to discover how much you really wanted to be in the city where you were born?

Exactly.

Today, Lebron James goes back to Cleveland with a totally different mindset and mentality. He has experienced things; Won Championships. Lost in the Finals. Without a doubt, his return to Cleveland makes them instantly better. As his story continues to unfold, we will all continue to Witness. Primarily because he is in the spotlight, and that is what we do in this society. We watch other people pursue and live out their dreams.

While you and I watch Lebron make Millions of dollars; while we witness his Million Dollar life-changing Decisions; what lessons are we learning about our own lives?

Here at TopNetworkersGroup we are having an ongoing discussion under the theme of Sports and Business. Sports is a microcosm of life, and especially business. Even more especially sports relates to much, to the network marketing industry, which is a Team Sport. What lessons are we picking up here once again as we see examples of business decisions, over emotional ones?

We hear so often about how Sports is a Business. Professional teams have traded players for years, regardless of how much of a contribution they made to the team; or how much the fan base liked or loved them. While several people were outspoken about their displeasure of his original decision to leave the Cavaliers; few people examined it from a Business Decision point of view.

Not only is playing in Miami more profitable – Winning Championships ensures a long term career around the game of basketball. Lebron will always be talked about for the rest of his life and will make several paid appearances. He will be paid more too, because he’s a 2-time champion; and if he happens to tack on an extra ring or a few more – all of it ultimately is good for business.

Lebron James is one of our modern day athletes who’s had the benefit of watching several others make poor business decisions; It’s similar to what we talk about here at TopNetworkersGroup, when it comes to learning from the mistakes others are making; and then avoid making those mistakes. I recently heard that, a smart man makes a mistake, learns from it, and never makes that mistake again; but a Wise man finds a smart man and learns from him how to avoid the mistake altogether!

Do you want to be smart, or wise?

Silly question I suppose.

perhaps when it’s all said and done we’ll look back on Lebron’s “decisions” as smart moves; and Wise players will follow that path; and restore a bit of order to the NBA; who honestly, does have far too many owners, with ‘plantation mentality’. Rather than viewing their players as, ‘business partners’, and taking a real concern in the best for each player; often NBA teams simply use money as a Carrot of Performance; caring not what they do off the court; so long as they show up to games and perform …. OR ELSE!

… because there are plenty more where you came from …

This is sorta how Dan Gilbert talked about Lebron James.

This is how, reportedly, Donald Sterling addressed his own players; for Years.

Pieces of property; rather than, People.

Honestly this is how I’ve begun to see the MLM Industry as well. At the same time I understand the unique position companies find themselves in. If you have a top earner making $100,000 per year; you want to do all you can, to keep that top earner from endorsing ‘competition’ —

Honestly, I feel too many networkers are Unwise, in that they are not learning from the mistakes of others who’ve been doing the same mistake over and over for years now.

They’re building their network based on a company; instead of basing it around the team. Then again, how would they know any better when, most of the people ‘new people’ are meeting, are following the advice of others who are stuck; unable to promote anything but a company; which may or may not be in business 2-5 years from that point in time.

Anything can happen in our business – and especially with so many companies coming and going; we never truly know what the future holds. This is why the decision to build your network – is going to be a lightbulb business decision moment for you. Just like the decision part 2, as Lebron James goes back to Cleveland to finish out his career.

He says something similar about his decision to return home; sounds like he’d want his children to have the same experiences he had, growing up as a kid in Ohio. It sounds like he wants to live in the community he is from; and contribute to it directly; having a real pulse for what’s happening there by being there.

It’s a decision, sorta like his decision to leave; that is unlike what most people have done before; and probably goes against the grain of what most people feel he should have done. Even I questioned going back, to play for an owner that said those kinds of things; and yet, He says all is forgiven; that the two of them talked, and got over it – putting the past behind them to pursue a greater future. I think that people will always question the decisions you make, but you have to make the decision that is right for you.

What’s right for you may not be right for someone else; but if it’s right for you; then stick with your decision. He signed a contract with Miami with an option to re-evaluate the relationship in 4 years; that’s what he did. Yet another lesson; Lebron didn’t go back to Cleveland after they lost the first championship to the Mavericks; and I don’t think he is going back just because of the recent loss to the Spurs.

He gave it 4 years.

How many of you can give a business 4 years?

How many of you can go through some Losses, especially in the championship – and then come back focused with your head down, committed to the team .. in order to win TWO times – back to back?  Most of you quit in fa few days, or a few weeks; very few of you make it to the end of the year. Those are all very poor business decisions.

Too bad many of you can’t see how its turning out. However … perhaps even you can think hard about coming back home; to where you belong – With the Team…

Teams Win Championships (Does Lebron Have enough Team to Overcome The Hawks?)

Teamwork Makes The Dream work In All Areas of Life, Sports and Business

Teamwork Makes The Dream work In All Areas of Life, especially Sports and Business –

The first lesson in sales that all of us learn is everyone is tuned in to WIIFM;

What’s In it For Me?

wiifm

Our Challenge is finding the people who can see What’s In it for WE …

We live in a society that promotes ‘the individual’ and individuality is the root of Ego. It’s about Me, Me, Me – it’s the “no I in Team, but I in Win” mentality.

But this is Fantasy!

The reality; what wins Championships – in all areas of life, especially sports and business – is Tenacious D!! Team Defense!

It’s One Unit Mentality that achieves success.

It’s teamwork.

This is what I love about the network marketing industry; because the blueprint to success has already been laid out by so many people who have built teams and accomplished incredible financial fortunes along the way. In this industry you are either Building the team or you are building your team ‘within a team’. I think it’s easy to forget that most people who come into this industry and even several of the people who sign up, come from ‘a matrix for their minds’. Most people come from a society that promotes the individual; meanwhile what we ignore is the reality.

No man is an Island.

There is no such thing as the ‘self made man or woman’.

These are myths that people tell themselves; often to feed their ego…. because the ego NEEDS to be fed.

But; the reality – the truth that shall set you free is this; Teamwork makes the dream work. What dream do you have? What team do you have?

Back in January I put together a video where I talked about the importance of “having the right people” on your team. In this video I discuss the reality of star players like Kobe Bryant and Lebron James, who need team mates to help them win. As great and as dynamic as these players are, none of them, not even the great Michael Jordan himself, were able to win without getting help from others. However, “the others” didn’t all have to be superstars.

Yes, Kobe had Shaq, and later needed Pau.

Yes, Lebron needed Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh.

Yes, Michael Jordan needed Scottie Pippin.

But the other ‘role players’ were just as important as the superstar role players. Because in all of these situations, someone is playing a role. Even between the superstars, there is a leader and a follower. That’s what makes a successful business parntership; that is what makes a successful sports teamwork partnership – because Two Leaders Cannot Lead Each Other. This is what broke up the Kobe/Shaq Lakers. This is what would’ve doomed the Lebron, Dwanye Wade Heat – but Dwayne doesn’t have the same kind of alpha male personality as a Lebron James; or even a Kobe Bryant.

This speaks volumes to the importance of chemistry.

Sometimes its just not in the cards for two people to work together within the same space – or the same team.

You see with Kobe and Shaq, you had two alpha males and honestly, I feel Kobe was willing to follow Shaq, however Kobe constantly challenged that leadership in ways that annoyed Shaq’s Ego. So for example, Kobe would take the ball to the rack or shoot a jumper rather than run the offense and allow the ball to go into Shaquille. However what you could tell is, Kobe just wanted to get a win, for the team. Perhaps people did not understand this within the moments that it unfolded, but now that we look back over his career and see times when Kobe could’ve left the Lakers; you see a person who really and truly wanted (and seemingly still wants) to bring championships to the Franchise.

With Shaquille – we see a man who was mostly about himself.

He cared more about ‘being the man’, than about ‘being a champion’ – He wanted to give orders; and demand the ball but, refused to work on his free throws so that IF/when teams fouled him after getting the ball, it wouldn’t turn into a wasted possession. The casual fan in the stands is not thinking of this because the casual fan is also, poisoned with the message of ‘be an individual’.

So they bark of his dominance while ignoring how much MORE dominant he would’ve been as a 70% freethrow shooter, instead of what he was over the course of his career.

That’s all Phil Jackson tried to do with Shaq; get him to be more than he was settling for.

I think that’s all Kobe was trying to do as well.

But, Kobe was doing it for the team. He was set on blossoming and being more.

He wanted to grow and expand his game.

He wanted to lead a team to victory and eventually He got that opportunity.

When we look at a Dwayne Wade; he’s a great player, but has never been to a championship without another dominant alpha male type personality.

This is a major aspect of what it means, for teamwork to make the dream work.

Often we are like pieces to a puzzle; often we are incomplete. Often those of us in business can look to sports to see all the answers to what is going on in our own organizations. We can see that we may need more, or less alpha males. We can see that we need more or less role players. We see the lack of chemistry or begin to notice how chemistry is playing a major role in the production – because that is the reality.

Teamwork makes the dream work in business;  just like in sports.

When Lebron first came to Miami, out of respect for Dwayne Wade he didn’t wanna just take over right away. But, the two of them had a conversation after that first trip to the finals. Wade pretty much gave the reigns to Lebron; told him to do what he does best. That conversation took them to the finals 3 more years in a row; winning 2 of them.

Road to Success

When I first saw this image of ‘what most people think success looks like vs what successful people know the road to success IS like” – I thought of everything I just shared with you. This is that road to success and all those “Fail” spots are the times when we went off on our own; and tried to accomplish big things alone.  We start to get closer to the end of that road, once we finally connect with the right people.

Along the way, together, there will still be a few more ‘spots’ where we find out that not ALL of the people on the team; were meant to stay on the team forever; You’ll lose a few key role players perhaps; and you’ll stall out while you look to replace them – but so long as the core keeps moving together toward the goal; You will reach that goal.

The desire alone, is not enough.

The circumstances absolutely must come together.

A team must be built – OR you must attach yourself to a team that is being built, and play a position – a position which COULD be worth millions to you, simply by doing your part.

You may not be the star of the team – but everyone on the team gets a Ring.

Everyone on the Team gets to call themselves, A Champion!

Teamwork makes the dream work – in all areas of life – whatever you are seeking to achieve; as soon as you have the right people – who all want the same things; That Goal WILL be accomplished.

The Kevin Durant MVP Speech Was Truly Inspirational

“Basketball is a platform to inspire others” – Kevin Durant said this while accepting his MVP today, a well deserved award for an excellent NBA Season.  The NBA has been in the news a lot lately. Amid the controversy created by Donald Sterling’s Racist comments, the NBA has overshadowed quite a few big news stories over the past couple of weeks.

Kevin-Durant

Showing us that Basketball can be a platform for, many, many things – Including, but not limited to, Inspiring others. What will the players, and the people involved with this association inspire in others?

I think that’s the most valuable question, that begs to be asked. Sharing with you now, the Full Kevin Durant MVP Speech – which was originally posted via Oklahoma’s local News Website, News9.com.

The Inspirational Kevin Durant MVP Speech 2013-2014 Season

What an awesome 2013-2014 Season by Kevin Durant.

What an awesome MVP Speech! Probably one of the best I’ve ever heard.

He truly was the Most Valuable Player not only for his team, but in the League. Even Lebron James had to admit he deserved it, when the report was leaked that K.D. would win the award.

The Kevin Durant MVP Speech will most likely go down as one of the most inspirational speeches we’ve heard. It was especially relevant to what we talk about here at TopnetworkersGroup, concerning Sports and Business.

The Speech was full of raw emotion as he thanked each and every single one of the players on his team. He spoke of how each one of them motivated him to Have an MVP Season. This speaks directly to our ongoing theme in business, about the important of teamwork; and how each person on the team plays a very important role.

Kevin thanked each player, not only for this season – but for what they have done for him throughout his career in the NBA. Certainly a well deserved award, for a well deserved player, who just had an incredible MVP worthy season.

A season where he lead the NBA in Scoring for the 4th time, a feat only a short list of NBA Greats have accomplished. They are Michael Jordan, Allen Iverson, George Gervin, and the great, Wilt Chamberlain.

Kevin Durant also went on a binge of scoring 25+ points in a string of 41  Games; which surpassed Michael Jordan’s 86-87 season, where he did it in 40 Consecutive Games. He led his team to yet another great season where they finished 2nd in the West, which has been ultra competitive during the 2013-1014 season.

Durant truly had an Incredible, MVP Season.

But he didn’t do it, by himself.

Which brings me back to the Kevin Durant MVP Speech, and how it really ties into what we do as network marketers. We are each playing on teams, and often we play for company owners who may or may not care about us as much as we think. Again, the comments from the Los Angeles Clippers owner, though ugly, reveal a reality in our society. Business cannot escape the ills of Society.

Literally anyone can prosper in the world of business. Business, like Sports, is a platform. It can be used by anyone, to do harm to others – or to inspire others and transform our communities. Business more than ever, needs the good people to get involved, and work to be the best they can be. Business, is not perfect – it’s a part of our imperfect society.

However you and I have the unique opportunity to transform Society while we transform ourselves. While we play a direct role in the transfer of wealth, from those who have it all, and are not using it for the benefit of the many – to you and I. What will We do with wealth? Will we have MVP Seasons and use our talents to bless others? Will we work together and encourage one another, and lift each other up as we STRIVE to win the championships in life?

Go ahead, draw the comparison. In the MVP Speech we’ve just heard from Kevin Durant, we hear all the ingredients of a winner. Someone who tries to set the example for his young guys; realizing they are looking up to him and that if he takes a day off, so will they. He realizes the impact he is able to have on them. He’s thankful for the mentors, the vets, the ones who’ve been there and don it all.

The Humility in a leader who realizes he is at the top, not because of his own efforts; but because of his team. In network marketing, no top money earner becomes one, without the efforts of a team. A team of top money earners is the most beautiful thing you will see. So many lives are touched and changed when people have success in this industry. SO many beautiful and wonderful people are freed from the chains of employment-slavery – by the blessings of residual income, and leverage – provided in our industry.

Just like Kevin Durant each of us must work hard, to IMPROVE, and not just rest on our laurels. We must never be complacent or feel like last year was good enough; We must challenge ourselves, and even our team mates to get better.

This SPORTS mentality, this WINNER mentality is what it takes to WIN, in Business, in Sports, and in every area of our lives. We must be willing to WORK at ourselves; to be “better men” – and better women too. As we become better PEOPLE; we’ll become better at our Profession; Kevin Durant, congratulations to you sir; and yes you’ve totally Inspired me; I hope your words inspire many others as well.

Thank you for using the platform of basketball, to teach us all about teamwork. Thank you for appreciating your support system, and reminding us, no one reaches the top alone.

We may not all have been blessed enough to be professionals in the NBA – but each of us reading this, has the opportunity to be a professional in MLM – and we can use this platform, to inspire others.

Like KD.

Open Letter To: Black Home Business Owners

The following post was too ‘personal’ for Facebook (where it started) and yet, was too important to limit to my private facebook wall. I decided to make this an Open Letter to the Black Home Business Owners of the world – I’ll let you read it – and I have a few more things to say below.

So, I was just told that when members of DSD unlock higher levels of training, one of the programs recommended is Ebates.

Milton Mouzon referred this program to me when we were putting together the One MLM System (in 2012) – it’s been in there since Day One.

I cannot help but find it … interesting, that when We recommended this program to our team – most of them looked at it ‘funny’ …. they rolled their eyes and acted as if the program wasn’t really ‘valuable’ ….

But, now that Roger says it’s a program people should Really consider using; Folks are treating it like it’s Gospel.

…. It’s things like that, that make you really sit back and wonder about how, cultural perceptions influence business decisions that business people make.  Truth is, most business people (those of you who just got into home business after being an EMPLOYEE for decades of your life) are actually NOT making decisions like Business People.

Business Decisions are not the same as “emotional Decisions” —-

Emotional Decisions are very much colored by the ignorant perceptions our Society lumps on us as we are born into it … the game was already in motion before we got on; and already people are telling us who we should like, who we should and should not trust; who we should follow.

I find it interesting that when people of a certain ‘hue’ talk about an idea it gets funny looks; but when a lighter ‘more accepted hue’ says word for word the same thing; it’s gospel – it’s the way.

What really gets me here …. is Black People are the ones doing this nonsense more than anyone I’ve seen; Treating their fellow man as if he is not on the same level, with that Other man.

Like I said; I can understand it when others do it; it’s society; the world still has a long way to go to rid itself of the ugly and ignorant spirit that took the world over several centuries ago; an ugly spirit that has lingered; and yet — I SEE how my own people, absolutely participate in our own Demise; through daily decisions not to Trust and/or Respect One another.

It’s pretty sad.

When I talk about bringing MLM together; making sure we’re all making money; using affordable programs to help people make money so they can get into Higher investment (higher return) opps; Folks act like it’s the most confusing shit in the world; Then a white man comes out with a ‘power lead system’ that is Saying the SAME Thing I just got done saying; and It’s VIRAL….

.. and every brotha and sista under the sun is coming to me with it …

We put Amazon in the System in 2012, and nobody wanted to take the time to learn about how to use Amazon; But “Roger” comes out with DSD … and now everyone is a Amazon Expert; buying books on Amazon; Researching and Studying that ass off….

It’s pretty interesting.

If (when) confronted all will deny.

Yet … it absolutely seems to be the case.

As I said, I understand when others do it – but it’s tough when it comes from your own people.

On the heels of the events of Trayvon Martin’s injustice, and having knowledge of several cases where injustice continues to arrive in the lives of members in the black community, I started “the Black Folder” – This is a folder in the 1mlmsystem that is entirely dedicated to those who are interested in coming together and creating a real financial revolution within the black community. This is a very tough mission to do. This is a mission that has been stopped time, and time again.

It’s the mission for which many say, Dr. Martin Luther King was assassinated – Hear Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. discuss The Poor People’s Campaign – Much of what he says is still true to this day. This economic condition black people find themselves in is a real Emergency. The fire in the lives of black men and women has continued to burn. Thousands of black lives have been cut short, burned beyond recognition, and forgotten due to the heat of the blaze. As these fires continue to rage, the clear lack of economic power – is the very water needed to put the fire out.

And yet, Dr. Claud Anderson discusses the very misconception that we, as a community have, about what and where our financial power is. It is not in being a consumer. As a consumer, what we are really doing is making others wealthy, instead of our selves.

The saddest reality I’ve come to accept – is that black men and women are doing the same thing, in the home business industry today.

We are refusing to work with, follow, listen to or show loyalty to our fellow black men and women in business – for fear of not being accepted by non-blacks. The same forces that drive us apart in our society are doing it to us within business as well. Black men and women are divided; battling over who’s company (which we do not own) is better. We are discarding the advice of seasoned black business people, to follow the non-blacks around; who are often saying the same things as those seasoned black leaders.

It’s a very sad, and tough position we find ourselves in – as we all want the same things; but seem to be blind to the obviousness of how to Obtain it.

I remain hopeful, but am ever more realistic – that the imprint of society has so much influence over people that the Mission of the Black Folder – is a long, long ways off from being reached.

That is ok though.

It is, what it is – and it’s … Interesting, like so many things in life are – Coming together is the answer for black people in the network marketing industry. Yet, many will wait for a white person to do what we’ve been doing; and sadly many of those other systems will not be thought out for the benefit of black people; but for those who can ‘afford’ to improve their lives; or those who will miss a car payment, for hope.

The psychological murder of black people is a reality – as Dr. King discusses in the message that many will not take the time to hear. That’s just how bad it is.

Not to be the bearer of bad news – but I am here to be honest, and real.

Those blacks who’ve made it to the top of a company in the MLM industry are much like a Lebron James – controlled by corporate interests. Not wanting to go back to a life without money, they find themselves stuck – and because they do not really Trust their own people to create wealth amongst one another; they remain silent – they remain where they are; Under control – and content about it.

Their eyes have been gouged out – they cannot see that MLM is a model for Freedom; it’s a business model that frees us from corporate control. However, when our MLM ‘network’ is tied to a corporate company; that company controls the entire network; Free, but not free.

Then there is our concept; Our vision – our idea shared with the world first in 2010 – refined by our One MLM System in 2012 – YOU and I must be loyal to one another; and as we build a network based on that loyalty; we create REAL control; and real financial freedom, for ourselves.

But … I guess I need to find a white person to share that Vision – for you to hear it clearly.

*Update – Check out Nolan Richardson in his Hall of Fame Speech talking about Teamwork, and how it absolutely makes the Dream Possible. Without a team, none of us will ever get to our goals. The better the team, the better able we are to reach our dream!
